In the event of an accident:: If the renter is at fault and no third party is involved, the renter will be responsible for an initial damage fee ranging from 3,000–10,000 THB, depending on the extent of the damage.

All motorbikes come with mandatory Thai motorbike insurance (Por Ror Bor).
What is Por Ror Bor?
Por Ror Bor is a basic compulsory insurance required by Thai law. It covers medical expenses for injuries caused by road accidents, regardless of who is at fault.
Please note: This insurance does not cover damage to the motorbike itself.
Standard late return fee: 50 THB per hour
